She will succeed Hans van Dord, who has filled this position temporarily after the departure of the former CEO late last year. Since 2001, Ms Hottenhuis has been responsible for the ARCADIS Multinational Client Program - the company's global account management coordination center. This role implies selection of accounts, allocation of (global) account managers and other resources to the client teams, coaching and training these client teams towards increasing profitable revenue with the Top 60 clients of ARCADIS. Ms Hottenhuis joined ARCADIS in 1995 and worked in various business development, project and business management positions both nationally and internationally. Since 2005 she also served on the Board of Directors of ARCADIS AYH and has worked to support the synergy between the environmental and project management service portfolios of ARCADIS.
