Alpha Bank, in application of the Bank of Greece's Directive No. 2501/
31.10.2002, concerning transparency in banking transactions, announces that
specific changes to its current Terms and Conditions Brochure, will apply as of
January 19, 2004.


Our Customers, are advised that a leaflet containing the forthcoming amendments,
will be available in all of our Branches as of December 17, 2003.
