TORONTO, May 4, 2016 /CNW/ - Starlight U.S. Multi-Family
Core Fund (TSX.V: UMF.A, UMF.U), Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No.
2) Core Fund (TSXV: SUD.A / SUD.U), Starlight U.S.
Multi-Family (No. 3) Core Fund (TSXV: SUS.A / SUS.U) and Starlight
U.S. Multi-Family (No. 4) Core Fund (TSXV: SUF.A / SUD.F) are
pleased to announce that Mr. Martin
Liddell has been appointed by the Board of Directors of each
fund as Chief Financial Officer to replace Tamara Lawson effective May 4, 2016.
Mr. Liddell brings significant senior management experience in
finance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and corporate
governance. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of
Starlight U.S. Multi-Family's institutional platform as well as a
member of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer of
Campar Capital Corporation, a capital pool company listed on the
TSX Venture Exchange. Previously, Mr. Liddell served as the Chief
Financial Officer of True North Apartment Real Estate Investment
Trust, a TSX listed real estate investment trust, until its
acquisition by Northern Property Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr.
Liddell holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in accounting and
finance from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom, and received his Chartered
Accountant designation in 1995. Mr. Liddell is a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
