Quorum Announces Successful 2014 Customer Conferences

Dealership customer attendees said they were "Very Informative" and "Interactive."

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Jun 26, 2014) - Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:QIS) (Quorum) 2014 Customer Conferences were cited as "very informative" and "interactive" by many of the attendees from its dealership customer user base across Canada and the US. The recently concluded conferences, held at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport in Toronto, ON (May 20th and 21st), and at the Delta Calgary South in Calgary, AB (May 22nd and 23rd), welcomed over 100 attendees from 35 different dealership organizations.

"The Conference is an excellent event to bring dealership staff and Quorum personnel into one room to talk about the great features of XSellerator™, troubleshoot challenges, clarify processes and enhance knowledge. There are plenty of opportunities to network and gather ideas that you might not have known were possible from other system users," commented David Arnouldussen, General Manager of Scougall Motors in Fort Macleod, Alberta.

On display was DMS software innovation that exemplifies the new mantra at Quorum: "Make More Money" (M3)! Quorum executives and senior system support specialists discussed new solutions, improvements and leading innovative technology recently released and designed to help Quorum XSellerator dealerships realize more revenue through process and system features that include reporting tools to display the bottom-line results in dollars and cents.

"One of the suggestions we heard after our 2013 conferences was that it would have been beneficial to have attendees' laptops at the conference so they could connect back into their own dealership to relate the training to their own environment," said Maury Marks, President and CEO of Quorum. Marks continued, "So, we listened to our customers and delivered." Most attendees felt this was a huge added benefit to the conference and remarked in the post-conference survey that being able to "follow along, hands-on" and "work with their own data" is the "best way to learn and remember".

The conference included two full days at each location. Day One was aimed towards the Fixed Operations side of a dealership's business; Day Two for Variable Operations and Accounting Departments. Both days included an Executive Welcome Address and workshops focused on Communicator, XSellerator's bidirectional text and email communication solution, and the Console - the system's "homepage" workspace where individual users choose which various quick access tools, Quidgets (near-real time system reporting applications) and general productivity tools they wish to display to better manage their day. The remainder of each day focused on department specific workshops developed from new and underutilized features of XSellerator.
