EXPLORATION DRILLING SUMMARY

From June 29, 2011, to September 1, 2011, a total of fifteen (15) holes have
been drilled totalling 6,117 metres. Nine definition holes have been targeted
for in-filling to improve the spacing distance between intercepts on higher
grade sections of the Kerrs Quartz Carbonate Breccia Zone (KBX Zone) hosted in
the Kerrs Gold Deposit. Drill holes K-11-44, 45, 46 and 47 focused on sections
1100N, 1200N and 1400N; and their assay composite results are reported in the
table below which includes adjacent historical holes on each section for grade
continuity purposes.

Reconnaissance Holes K-11-53 and 54 tested a 1,699 m long parallel structure
supported by MMI geochemical anomalies. A quartz-carbonate shear zone was
intersected in both holes confirming the geophysical and geochemical
interpretation, however, no mineralization was encountered.

Four holes have been completed on the adjoining property under option from
Goldcorp Canada Ltd. and Goldcorp Inc. targeting the extension of the Kerrs Gold
deposit hosted in similar volcanic stratigraphy observed as an arc-shaped fold
geometry which is interpreted from regional airborne magnetic surveys. Assays
are pending for these holes.

Five extensional drill holes have been completed on sections 1500N, 1600N and
1700N and have successfully extended the KBX Zone along strike and to depth.
Assays are pending for these holes.

The exploration drilling results for K-11-44, 45, 46 and 47 are outlined as
 follows:

(i) All intervals are represented as down-hole core lengths. True widths(TW)
are corrected by 35% to 95% of core length. The intercept spacing is the
distance between the drill hole pierce points in the KBX Zone measured from
the midpoint of each composite grade interval in the downdip Azimuth
 direction of 130 degrees.

(ii) The intercept in K-11-47 may be a secondary zone overlying the KBX
Zone; the drill hole will be deepened to a depth of 550 to 600 metres to
test for the KBX Zone which is interpreted to be steeper dipping on this
 section.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control

The Phase 6 diamond drilling program involving geological core logging, sampling
and drilling logistics is supervised by Peter Hubacheck, P.Geo. (APGO) providing
geological management via Hubacheck Consulting Geologists (HCG), an affiliate of
W. A. Hubacheck Consultants Ltd. Peter Hubacheck is a Qualified Person as
defined by NI 43-101 and has reviewed and authorized the geotechnical material
in this news release. Drill core processing includes descriptive logging,
geotech logging, photographing and selection of drill core intervals to be cut
assay samples and geochemical analyses. The NQ-size core was cut in two halves
using stationary rock saws at a secure core processing facility located on the
Wahgoshig First Nations IR70 Reserve on Abitibi Lake, Ontario. One-half of the
core was delivered to the sample preparation lab of AGAT Laboratory in Sudbury
where each 5 kg sample was crushed to 75% passing 2 mm, split to 250g and
pulverized to 85% passing -230 mesh. These pulps were then shipped to AGAT
Laboratory in Mississauga, Ontario for analyses. The gold assaying method uses a
standard Fire Assay with AAS finish on a 50-gram pulp material taken from a 250
g split from the submitted sample as well as duplicate assays performed on a
separate 250 g split for every ten samples for lab quality control. Each pulp
was also analysed for 43 trace elements using Aqua Regia Digest with ICP-OES
finish. In addition, specific gravity determinations for each pulp employed the
pychnometer method. Commercially prepared standards and blanks were inserted by
the project QP every 10 samples to insure precision of the results. Levert
Drilling from Sudbury and Crites Drilling from Timmins are the contracted
drillers for the Kerrs Property with drill logistics management sub-contracted
to Abitibi 70 Exploration Services from Matheson.
