The Company has today been informed, in accordance with the provisions of
Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that Morley Fund Management Ltd (a
subsidiary of Aviva plc) now has a notifiable interest in 1,910,787 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each - 3.02% of the issued shares.

(The Company was notified in February 2003 that Morley had ceased to have a
notifiable interest.)
