The Company was informed today by J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd., on behalf of Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust plc,
that it now has a notifiable interest in 18,570,876 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company, representing
approximately 7.06 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
