NBA Quantum plc is pleased to announce that it's principal operating subsidiary,
NBA Quantum International Limited ("NBAQI"), has been appointed to act on a
further section of the Taiwan High Speed Rail Link.



NBAQI's role relates to the preparation of claims on another large section of
the project. NBAQI has already been involved on two of the twelve sections of
this technologically complex 345km $15bn High Speed Rail construction project
which is due to open in 2005.
