Five-Year Agreement Begins 2007 ST. LOUIS, March 20

industries announced today an extension of its existing contract
with the Boeing Company for the years 2007 through 2011. LMI
Aerospace currently provides Boeing with sheet metal and extruded
aluminum components and subassemblies, primarily for use on the
Boeing 737 and 777 model airplanes. Ronald S. Saks, President and
