OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION OF NEW A SHARES ('THE OFFER')


The Directors of Enterprise VCT have announced an allotment on Thursday 14th
August 2003 of 79,298 new A Shares pursuant to the Offer. The Offer Price at
which the new A Shares were issued was 93 pence per new A Share.


Dealings in the new A Shares are expected to commence on Tuesday 19th August
2003 and definitive documents of title are expected to be despatched by Thursday
21st August 2003.
