BrainJuicer Group PLC (BJU.LN), the marketing firm, said Thursday that Unilever U.K. Holdings Limited, a substantial shareholder in the Company, sold 220,000 ordinary shares at a price of 208 pence each.

MAIN FACTS:

-Following the above transaction, Unilever now holds 1.77 million ordinary shares equating to 14.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.

-Shares at 1050 GMT flat at 207.50 pence valuing the company at GBP25.84 million.
