Unilever PLC's (UN) deal to buy Alberto Culver Co. (ACV) has a $125 million break up fee, a Unilever spokeswoman said.

Unilever said Monday it has reached an agreement to purchase beauty products maker Alberto Culver for $3.7 billion.
