Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 9, 2023, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Tutor Perini Corporation (the “Company”), awarded Ghassan Ariqat, Executive Vice President of the Building and Specialty Contractors Groups, a special cash bonus of $650,000 in recognition of Mr. Ariqat’s recent performance and contributions to the Company.
