SeaChange International (NASDAQ: SEAC), a leading global multi-screen video software company, announced an agreement with Technicolor (Euronext Paris: TCH; NYSE: TCH) today that will bring its VividLogic tru2way® software stack to Technicolor’s range of next-generation digital set-top boxes in 2011. The standards based product integration places VividLogic software on Intel® CE media processors in Technicolor set-top boxes that will enable North American cable operators to roll out advanced set-tops with interactive tru2way consumer applications and high-speed DOCSIS 3.0 support. With more than 100 million digital set-top boxes deployed worldwide, Technicolor is a leading supplier to cable and IPTV service providers.

SeaChange provides VividLogic software to cable television operators, set-top box and chip manufacturers and other consumer electronics suppliers. In addition to its tru2way software, VividLogic products include a DLNA-based multi-tuner gateway, which provides video and supports whole-home DVR to CE devices (wired and wireless).
