Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On August 7, 2023, each of Katherine Oliver, Sarah Sclarsic and Kristen Dumont resigned from her position as a director on the Board of Directors of Pivotal Investment Corporation III (the “Company”) in order to focus on other business opportunities. The resignations were not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
