& Steers Inc. (NYSE:CNS) will replace Kaman Corp. (NYSE:KAMN)
in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of
trading on Tuesday, April 23. Arcline
Investment Management LP is acquiring Kaman in a deal expected to
close on April 19, pending final
closing conditions.
