On August 1, 2022, InvenTrust Properties Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

On August 1, 2022, the Company posted on its website, at https://www.inventrustproperties.com/investor-relations/, certain supplemental information for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 (the “Second Quarter Supplemental”). A copy of the Second Quarter Supplemental is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
