On August 3, 2021, DuPont de Nemours, Inc. (the "Company") issued a
press release, attached as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by
reference, announcing results for the second quarter of
2021.
The information contained in this report, including Exhibit 99.1
attached hereto, is being furnished and shall not be deemed filed
for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934,
as amended, (the "Exchange Act") or otherwise subject to the
liabilities of Section 18. Furthermore, the information

Section 7 - Regulation FD
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 3, 2021, DuPont de Nemours, Inc. announced that beginning
July 1, 2021, the Company has modified its definition of Adjusted
EPS to exclude the after-tax impact of amortization of all
intangible assets. Previously, the Company excluded the after-tax
impact of select intangible assets.
Exhibit 99.1 provides recast reconciliations of Adjusted EPS under
the new definitions for the six months ended June 30, 2021, the
year ended December 31, 2020, as well as the three month periods
ended March 31, 2021 and 2020, June 30, 2021 and 2020, September
30, 2020, and December 31, 2020.
