State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

 

The registrant has determined the need to restate its consolidated statement of cash flows for the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2015 under the accounting standards established by the Argentine Central Bank included in the registrant’s Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2016 (the “2016 20-F”), and certain information presented under generally accepted accounting principles in the United States included in the consolidated financial statements included in the 2016 20-F, and is working to finalize such restatement and the related disclosures to be included in the registrant’s Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2017 (the “2017 20-F”). The registrant intends to file the 2017 20-F as soon as possible and within the period prescribed by Rule 12b-25(b)(2)(ii).
