Swedish home appliance maker Electrolux AB (ELUX-B.SK) said Wednesday it proposes the election of Ronnie Leten and Fredrik Persson as new board members.

-Peggy Bruzelius and John S. Lupo have declined re-election to the board.

-Ronnie Leten is President and CEO of Swedish engineer Atlas Copco AB (ATCO-A.SK).

-Fredrik Persson is President and CEO of Swedish retail trading and services company Axel Johnson AB.
