Item 7.01   Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 31, 2008, Westaff, Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release announcing that it completed the sale of its United Kingdom operations.  A copy of the Company’s press release dated March 31, 2008, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
