Bancorp announced today the appointment of David Bouc as its General Counsel and Executive
Vice President effective July 19,
2010, subject to regulatory approval. He most recently
served as Vice President-Deputy General Counsel with HSBC North
America and previously as attorney for the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation.

Bouc received a BA from Lawrence
University, Appleton,
Wisconsin; JD from Oklahoma City
University, OK; and a LLM, Banking Law, Boston University, MA. He also served as coach and
business manager for Carmel Unified Youth Baseball teams.
