Alphatec Spine to Hold 1Q 2010 Financial Results Investor Call

Alphatec Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATEC), the parent company of
Alphatec Spine, Inc., a leading medical technology company involved
in the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of products
for the surgical treatment of spine disorders, with a focus on
treating conditions affecting the aging spine, announced today that
it will hold an investor call on Monday, May 10, 2010 to discuss
the Company's first quarter 2010 financial results.
Alphatec will host this webcast and conference call at 1:30 p.m.
Pacific Time (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time) on Monday, May 10, 2010.
