Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

 

On September 7, 2023, The Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) announced that it would delist the common stock of Aridis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company’s securities were suspended on July 19, 2023 and have not been traded on Nasdaq since that time. The Company’s common stock currently trades on the OTC Markets Pink Sheets. Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting. The delisting becomes effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
