Independence Air to Begin Service to White Plains Tomorrow 5 Daily Flights to Washington, DC and Connecting Cities Begin June 23rd DULLES, Va., June 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Independence Air will begin low-fare service Westchester County Airport (HPN) tomorrow, June 23rd with five daily, non-stop flights to Washington Dulles International Airport. In addition, Independence Air will be adding easy connections from White Plains to 22 cities across the country.
