RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 
 
 
TGE AG is pleased to announce that, at the annual general meeting held earlier 
today, all resolutions proposed to the meeting were duly passed, including the 
resolution to approve the cancellation of the admission of the Company's 
ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") to trading on the AIM market of the 
London Stock Exchange ("AIM") (the "Cancellation"). Consequently, the last day 
of trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM is expected to be Thursday 17 December 
2009 and the Cancellation is expected to take effect at 7.00am on Friday 18 
December 2009.
