                            SWANSEA CONTRACT SIGNED

TEG Environmental Plc ("TEG"), the leading edge green technology group that
converts organic waste into natural organic fertiliser, announces that its
contract, valued at #925,000, with the City and County of Swansea ("CCS") has
been formally signed and completed, for the provision of the TEG Silo-Cage
in-vessel composting system. The contract commenced on 30 March 2005.

The contract is for the design, supply and installation of a TEG Silo Cage plant
to recycle 7,000 tonnes per annum of biodegradable municipal waste collected by
CCS. The product will be organic compost for use in agriculture and
horticulture. Plant installation and commissioning is expected to be completed
in early 2006.
