                  Pre Close statement and Interim Results date


Sumus Plc ('Sumus' or 'the Company'), the AIM listed holding company for IFA 
businesses providing investment and financial advisory services and network 
support services to IFA firms, announces that it will issue interim results for 
the six months ended 31st March 2007 on Tuesday 5th June 2007.

These interim results will include a full six months' contribution from 
Financial Services Advice and Support Limited ("FSAS"), the Scottish based 
IFA network acquired for up to #2 million in September 2006.

Allan Rosengren, CEO of Sumus, commented: We are pleased with the progress that 
has been made since the year end and with the integration of FSAS, which has 
proceeded smoothly and according to plan.

Group Plc, a long established and consistently profitable IFA group, also of
Financial Synergies Plc which was established in August 2004 and Financial
Services Advice and Support Limited which was acquired in September 2006. Falcon
