Paul Baker (Executive Director) of 566,312 Long Term Incentive Plan
(FY2022-24) shares, receipt of 111,275 shares in respect of the
dividend equivalent payment and the subsequent sale of 319,586
ordinary shares to cover the tax and NI liability.
