Silverdell received notification on 5 September that on the same day the total voting rights of Marwyn Investment Management LLP ("Marwyn") fell below the 25 per cent. threshold. This is due to the admittance to the market of 5.56 million consideration shares following the recent acquisition of RDS Limited by Silverdell and the consequent increase in total voting rights. Marwyn continues to hold 44,999,663 Ordinary Shares in Silverdell, which now represents 24.88 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
