Total Voting Rights and Additional Listing


Further to the announcement by Company on 4 January 2007 regarding completion of
the acquisition of Redhill Analysts Limited, the Company has issued a further
1,815,706 shares which have been admitted to trading today.

Therefore for the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial
Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total
issued share capital at the date of this notice is 34,016,761.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 34,016,761 ordinary shares of 10p
each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 34,016,761.

The above figure of 34,016,761 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
