    Result of AGM
    Trading Update

    SatCom Group Holdings plc, a reseller of mobile satellite communications, announces that at the Group's Annual General Meeting held
today at Shoosmiths, Apex Plaza, Reading, all resolutions put to shareholders by the Board were duly passed.

    SatCom's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2008, which were sent to shareholders prior to the AGM, may be viewed on
the Company's website:
     www.satcomgroup.com.



    The Group announces that trading for the year to date is in line with market expectations. The Group will report its interim results for
the six months ending 31 December 2008 in March 2009.
