Holding in Company

The Company received notification yesterday that as at 1 October 2007, Gallanta
Investments Limited ("Gallanta") is currently interested in 1,855,000 ordinary 
shares of Secora plc representing approximately 16.3% of the total issued 
share capital.

The Company also received notification yesterday that as at 1 October 2007, 
following the acquisition of 125,000 ordinary shares from Gallanta, Andrew W 
Oliver is interested in 535,000 ordinary shares of Secora plc, representing 
approximately 4.7% (previous holding approximately 3.6%) of the total issued 
share capital.
