                              Temporary Suspension


Sun 3C Media Plc ("Sun 3C", or "Company") the Chinese media company listed on
AIM (AIM:  SCCC), today announced that it is currently finalising the details of
a transaction to dispose of certain non-core assets and the completion of a key
acquisition both of which will have a material effect on the audited balance
sheet of the Company as at 31 December 2006.

As a result, the Company will not be able to complete the audit of its accounts
to 31 December 2006 by 30 June 2007 as required by the AIM Rules and therefore
in light of this breach, trading in Sun3C's ordinary shares and warrants on AIM
has been temporarily suspended.

The Directors expect that the completion of the aforementioned transaction will
occur shortly and they will be able to publish their annual accounts and
recommence trading in the ordinary shares and warrants in due course.
