by letter dated 12 December 2005 and received on 16 December 2005 that The
Capital Group Companies Inc. and its subsidiary Capital Research and Management
Company are interested in 493,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.292 per cent
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The holding is registered in the
name of State Street Nominees Limited.
