                              Director's Dealings                              

The Company was notified yesterday that on the same day Marc Duschenes,
Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 1,725,000 ordinary shares in the issued share
capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 0.15 pence per
share, equivalent to 2.89 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the
Company.

Mr Duschenes now holds 4,550,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 7.61 per cent.
of the issued voting share capital of Regenesis. These shares are held through
Bayfield Capital Limited; a company wholly owned by Mr Duschenes and his wife.
