Re: 14 Day Notice to Property Acquisition and Management Ltd Shareholders

Armworth House Limited would like to inform shareholders that it will be closing
its Offer for the outstanding Ordinary share capital and Convertible Redeemable
Preference share capital of Property Acquisition and Management on the 17th
September 2004. This is 14 days after the first closing of the Offer being the
3rd September 2004.


The Offers are as follows:-


Ordinary shares:              101 pence cash plus 4 pence special dividend


Convertible Redeemable 
Preference shares:            115 pence cash
