                        Notice of Annual General Meeting


Aricom plc (LSE: ORE, OREW), the Anglo-Russian developer of mineral resources,
announces that the Notice for the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has
been sent to shareholders today, together with the 2007 Annual Report, and is
also available on its website at www.aricom.plc.uk.

The AGM will be held at 12 noon on 15 April 2008 at 10-11 Grosvenor Place,
London SW1X 7HH.
