purchased ordinary shares in the Company in connection with the
requirement under the remuneration policy to defer one third of the
FY2024 annual bonus.
The shares acquired are subject to a
holding period ending on the third anniversary of the date the
shares are purchased, during which the shares may not ordinarily be
disposed of.
