Notification of Director's Interest in Shares 
 
 
The Company was informed on 23rd February 2009 that, pursuant to instructions 
given on 22nd December 2008, formalities have been concluded such that the 
beneficial shareholding of Mr MJ and Mrs PC Hammond, the Company's Chief 
Executive and his wife, has been transferred to an onshore trust. This 
shareholding of 704,000 shares, amounting to 3.2% of the Company's share 
capital, has been registered as held by Mr MJ and Mrs PC Hammond as Trustees of 
the Hammond Trust. 
 
 
Mr and Mrs Hammond are the beneficial owners of a further 100,448 shares. Their 
aggregate beneficial interest in the company therefore remains unchanged at 3.6% 
of the Company's share capital.
