("the Company")
The Company announces the following transactions by Directors of the Company in
the Company's ordinary 10p shares. All share sales were transacted on 12 March
2015 at a sale price of £9.6249 per share.
Mr Justin Atkinson has exercised an option over 102,340 shares at a total
exercise price of £1. He has simultaneously sold 48,269 shares to meet the tax
and NI liability arising on the option exercise.
Mr James Hind has exercised an option over 73,641 shares at a total exercise
price of £1. He has simultaneously sold 34,733 shares to meet the tax and NI
liability arising on the option exercise.
Dr Wolfgang Sondermann has exercised an option over 82,907 shares at a total
exercise price of £1. He has simultaneously sold 32,907 shares to meet the tax
liability arising on the option exercise.
Changes in Directors' Interests
The beneficial interests of the above-named directors in the issued share
capital of the Company following the above transactions (with previous
position, where different, shown in brackets) are shown in the table below:

The exercise of £1 per exercise options were satisfied by the transfer of
258,888 shares previously held in Treasury. The issued share capital of the
Company is 73,099,735 ordinary shares, of which, after these exercises,
1,571,034 shares are held in Treasury.
The above named Directors notified the Company of their respective interests in
these shares on 12 March 2015.
