Solution Provides Dynamic Case Management Capabilities for the Resolution of Consumer Complaints Against Financial Services Firms

Kofax® Limited (NASDAQ and LSE: KFX), a leading provider of smart process applications that simplify and transform the First Mile™ of customer engagement, today announced that a Western European government agency and current Kofax customer has invested more than $800,000 to further streamline the resolution of 300,000 consumer complaints against financial services firms and thereby improve customer service. This government solution sale demonstrates Kofax’s cross sell and upsell opportunity within its large customer base and increasing adoption of Kofax TotalAgility®.
