GEM DIAMONDS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD - NOTICE OF CHANGE OF HOLDING

Gem Diamonds Australia Pty Ltd (GDAPL) has increased its holding in Kimberley
Diamond Company shares under the Acceptance Facility set out in GDAPL's First
Supplementary Bidder's Statement dated 14 September 2007, as detailed below.
