Result of General Meeting and Cancellation from Trading on AIM

Jiasen International Holdings Limited ("Jiasen" or "the Company") announces that, at a general meeting held earlier today, the resolution to approve the cancellation of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM was duly passed. The cancellation was conditional on the approval of not less than 75 per cent. of the votes cast by shareholders at today's general meeting.

Albeit that the Company has not progressed its application to the NEX Exchange Growth Market, it would like access to the equity capital markets in future and therefore intends to explore listing on an international market which may include, but is not limited to, Hong Kong.

Accordingly, the last day of dealings in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be 27 February 2017 and the cancellation will take effect from 07:00 a.m. (GMT) on 28 February 2017.
