Further to the Corporate Update released on 14 March 2014, the Company is providing a further update. Helesi's banks are continuing to engage with Helesi on a proposal to extend the maturity of the Company's borrowings and providing additional funding to facilitate the growth of the business. Whilst the dialogue with the banks is ongoing, there can be no certainty of a successful outcome. The Company's securities remain suspended pending resolution of this financial uncertainty. It is expected that, if no resolution is reached with its banks by 31 March 2014, so as to enable the Company's securities to be restored to trading, the admission of the Company's securities to AIM is likely to be cancelled on 1 April 2014 pursuant to AIM Rule 41.
