direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C. Johnson 3rd, a principal
Shareholder of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited, have a notifiable
interest in 4,973,092 shares, representing 3.42% of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share Capital.
