                          ("Galleon" or "the Company")

                                Placing of shares

Galleon, the intellectual property owner, developer and manager, today announces
the completion of a private placing for 2,000,000 new ordinary shares at a
placing price of 10 pence per share (the "Placing").

The Company will apply for the new ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu
in all respects with the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on
AIM. Trading is expected to commence on 19 October 2005.

Pursuant to sections 324 to 328 of the Companies Act 1985 and Rule 15 of the AIM
Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:
