Ferrexpo PLC (FXPO.LN), a resources company with assets in Ukraine, principally involved in the production and export of iron ore pellets, used in producing steel, said Thursday it has entered into a long term agreement with JFE Steel starting 2010 for the delivery of 300 thousand tons of 65% iron content pellets per annum.

Ferrexpo shares closed Wednesday at 370.7 pence valuing the company at GBP2.18 billion.
