Freepages is pleased to announce that it has today applied for trading in  the
ordinary shares of Freepages to be transferred from the Alternative Investment
Market  to the Official List.  Freepages expects trading to terminate  on  the
Alternative Investment Market at the close of business on 28 August  1998  and
to commence on the Official List on 1 September 1998.

Copies of the exempt listing document will be made available for at least  the
next  fourteen  days  from  the registered office of the  Company  Information
House, Parkway Court, Oxford  OX4 2JY.
