                          Shareholding in the Company


The Company was notified on 7th April 2008 by UBS Investment Bank that at close
of business on 3rd April 2008 UBS AG London Branch held direct voting rights in
372,303,464 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company representing 14.54% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 8th April 2008 that as at close of business on 7th
April 2008, as a result of the tender offers by the Company, Peter Dubens had an
interest in 58,333,334 Ordinary Shares representing 5.45% of the total issued
share capital.  The Ordinary Shares have indirect voting rights and are held in
the name of HSDL Nominees Limited.
